Along with snacks, drinks, novelties, and Whispering Pines apparel, the Mini Mart at the entrance to the grounds offers camping supplies that may have been forgotten, RV parts, and propane! This is also where guests can check in & out, or easily find staff during business hours. During the on-season, the store is open 7 days a week from 9a-5p, and during the off-season, is open Mon-Sat 10a-4p, Sun 10a-noon.

Whispering Pines is a family owned and managed campground, dedicated to giving guests a forest paradise to create new memories that will last a lifetime. The dog-friendly grounds feature almost a hundred spacious sites with Wifi, well-maintained and clean amenities, a mini mart with plenty of supplies, and plenty of activities - from hiking trails along the Yakima River to our giant jumping pillow, the pond, and more...

Dog Friendly Fun

Bring your furry friends and enjoy the outdoors together! Well-behaved, leashed pets are allowed anywhere on the grounds. Take the lead off in the 5-acre off-leash area along the Yakima River, or in the fenced dog park. Join your pup and have the time of their life exploring Whispering Pines!

Events & Group Sites

Host your next event or large gathering at Whispering Pines! Our clubhouse space, in a centralized area near the front of the park, is currently available for reservations. You can also get off the beaten path by booking the group site, which is far enough from the rest of the grounds that you and your group don't have to worry about noise bothering other campers day or night! Our group/event spaces are the perfect place to have a fantastic time immersed in nature.
